This 3-week series is perfect for yoga practitioners who have moved past the beginner stage, want to attempt or perfect more advanced postures, and who would value taking the time in a workshop setting to fine-tune and improve their practice.
During weekly 2 hour sessions we will cover:
common misalignment review in familiar poses and transitions
more advanced backbends
arm balances
inversions
questions students may have about their personal practices in a group/workshop setting
bandhas and pranayama
$100 = 3 (2 hour sessions)
